So it is that time of year again, you know when all the bookstores put up the displays of calendars for the coming year, shrink wrapped puppies, vintage cars, pin-ups, old barns, witches, there is something for everyone no matter what your hobby, fetish, or fluffy animal of choice is. And I must admit I am not immune. I love to browse, look at the backs, giggle at the desktop comic calenders, lust after the quilt calenders, plan travel trips based on sweeping views from Ireland and Greece, I am a calender girl. I can spend October to the last days of December trying to decide which calender I want, after all I will have to look at it for a whole year. Here are a few of the contenders (so far) for 2009.
