So here are the “long” awaited pictures of the flowers I have been playing around with for my bed. I finally took them to work with me and took pictures on my break in my Co-workers garden out behind our building.
They are alot of fun and I gave the black one to one of the gals I work with and made a white one for another. The large red one is the version I think I am going to put on my bed; I just have to make the other three and then get some green yarn to knit tubes to go over the posts.
In other news I finally made it back to the Berkeley Knitters last Wednesday night and I have gotten desently into my Leaf Shawl although I had to stop working on knitted/crocheted things for a few days due to an achy right wrist. I am half listening to the newest episode of Cast-On as I type this, I am going to have to re-listen to it and really pay attention but I love Cast-On, I mean really what could be better to listen to as I blog about my yarn stuffs?

Can’t wait to see the finished product. Maybe you could use the purple rose (but in the same red color) to create a vine effect down the bedposts.
Talk to you later,
